About Montgomery County Housing Authority (MCHA)

Montgomery County Housing Authority (MCHA) is a HUD High Performing Agency and a Section 8 High Performer. We are dedicated to Building Communities and Changing Lives one family at a time.

Montgomery County Housing Authority (MCHA) manages 228 Low income public housing apartments, 89 Section 8 vouchers, 60 single family Tax Credit Homes and a 10 unit Market Rate Apartment building throughout Montgomery County.
